Are there some rules about structure and word order in English sentences?
What are some of the biggest mistakes (related to word order) in sentences?
The easiest way to answer this question is that English is a strict SVO (Subject-Verb-Object) ordered language. You always have to have a subject followed by a verb with objects, if it makes sense. However, nothing is that simple. I refer you to the resources below for better explanations from the experts!
